What's the turnaround time for this product?s
The 5-Automation Package offers 10-hrs of support & building from the Digital Reach team. From purchase to handoff the average time is 10 working days. This is to account for the time it takes to schedule a suitable workshop time with your team, all post-workshop data mapping and Zap creation on our side, email communication with your team as items come up during the build, and ample time for QA and hand-off. You can generally be expected to have your initial workshop booked within a week of purchase.
For Native Integration Set-Up & Training, you can expect a kickoff call to discuss your integration needs within a week of purchase.

For the 5-Automation product, what is the purpose of the initial workshop session?
Once you purchase, we'll reach out to schedule an initial workshop session with your team to understand your current usage of HubSpot and Teamwork and how you'd like the two to work together.
