What Hubs do I need to buy this product?
We consult on any Hub at any tier, though consulting is best for those who are on HubSpot Pro or Enterprise tiers.
Our Technical & Solutions Consultants have worked extensively across the Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS, and Operations Hubs, and on countless projects that span multiple Hubs.

Can you consult on more than one Hub at once?
Since consulting packages are broken down according to hours, your Technical & Solutions Consultant can consult on any Hub during your consulting project.
That said, you will likely get the most value if you choose a particular Hub or "problem" to focus the consulting hours on.
When a customer purchases a consulting package, they're often coming to us with a specific item in mind; for example, they might want: automation process consulting, reporting customization consulting, custom object consulting, etc.

Is consulting all strategy and no "doing?"
Each consulting package contains a set amount of support hours. Most of our customers opt for something like a 75/25 split between consulting and implementation with those hours.
Often, the consulting period is spent scoping and/or mapping out future builds that either the customer's internal team OR Digital Reach will eventually take on. In other words, consulting is often purchased to lay the foundation of a future build that is not included in the consulting package.
Then again, some customers prefer to have our implementation team knock out key items of their to-do list during the consulting process, and that's fine too.
All in all, the hours in each package are the hours of total support you'll get, which includes workshopping sessions with your team, email-based support, prep work, post-meeting work, proof-of-concept, done-for-you implementation, and any other activities related to the service. What you want to do with these hours is up to you!
