Digital Reach Graduate Program

Ready to find your future in software consulting? Digital Reach Online Solutions is accepting applications for our exclusive graduate program, starting early 2025 in South Africa.

We're building the next generation of CRM Consultants & Solutions Engineers who can identify, and oftentimes implement, solutions for complex client technology challenges. Your work will help clients make lasting improvements to their performance and realize their most important business goals.

Program Summary

In our Graduate Program, you'll spend three months diving deep into the world of technology & business process consulting, with a keen focus on understanding HubSpot and its pivotal role in driving business operations. You'll come on one of two tracks: Solutions Consulting or Solutions Engineering. In either track you will collaborate closely with seasoned professionals to grasp the intricacies of consulting or solutions engineering across domains—sales, marketing, customer service, and technical integration—for businesses ranging from startups to giants. 
 
As you gain mastery, you'll hone your executive communication, problem solving, and leadership capabilities, preparing you to make impactful decisions in real-world scenarios.
 
Your practical training will take place on a remote basis working with Digital Reach team members in South Africa and around the world. You'll work with a personal mentor to ensure that at the end of the 3 month program you're eligible to become a full time, salaried member of the Digital Reach Online Solutions team.

What You Can Expect

Step 1 Content 01

Submit Your CV

The first step is sharing your CV with us. We don’t expect extensive professional experience, but we look for strong academic performance, a challenging field of study, and relevant training or on-the-job experience during your studies. This helps us understand your foundation and potential.

 

Step 2 Content 02

Loom Video Interview

Once we have advanced your CV, you’ll record a short Loom video interview. This is an informal way for us to get to know you beyond your CV and test scores. We’ll ask questions about your experience, interests, and what excites you about this opportunity. It’s quick, simple, and a great way for you to introduce yourself!

Behavioral & Cognitive Testing

Selected candidates will receive two assessments:

  • Behavioral Testing: There are no right or wrong answers here. We use these insights to identify candidates whose natural strengths align with the roles we’re hiring for.
  • Cognitive Testing: This test assesses problem-solving and analytical abilities. While there is a minimum score requirement, we encourage you to do your best—it’s just one part of our evaluation process.

Matching You to a Role

Based on your behavioral and cognitive test results, we’ll match you to either:

  • Solutions Engineer
  • Solutions Consultant

There’s no "right" placement—just a role that aligns best with your strengths.

Step 5 Content 05

Interview with Team Leads

If you’re a strong fit, you’ll be invited to an interview with team leads—who are all graduates of this program themselves! This is your chance to learn more about the work we do and for us to understand how you’d contribute to the team.

 

Step 6 Content 06

Test Task & Scoring

After your interview, you’ll receive a practical test task. This gives you an opportunity to showcase your skills in the areas we focus on. Your performance here helps us make our final decisions.

 

Step 7 Content 07

Offer Extended

If you successfully pass all stages, we’ll extend an internship offer! This program is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience, develop your skills, and work with a team of professionals invested in your growth. We look forward to seeing your application!
