Solutions Consultant

Digital Reach is a global HubSpot Diamond Partner agency providing business process automation solutions for nonprofits, SMB, mid-market, and enterprise businesses worldwide. We are seeking an experienced HubSpot Solutions Engineer to problem-solve and innovate on some of the most complex HubSpot builds in the ecosystem.

As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll work closely with Solutions Engineers and Sales teams to provide technical consulting, business process optimization, and solutioning for complex HubSpot use cases. You’ll be responsible for guiding clients through pre- and post-sale technical consulting, helping them align sales, marketing, and customer success operations across the full customer lifecycle. Your role will be to translate business needs into actionable solutions, ensuring that clients maximize the value of HubSpot and complementary tools.

This is a client-facing position that requires strong consulting, communication, and problem-solving skills. You’ll act as the strategic advisor, helping clients understand how to structure their operations, optimize technology, and drive growth through automation and efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Use your blend of business and technical acumen to analyze client needs and design solutions that align with their goals.

  • Lead pre-sales technical consulting calls to scope and align solutions with client requirements.

  • Provide strategic consulting on business operations, HubSpot deployment, and optimization.

  • Run collaborative solution workshops to define client needs, business processes, and automation opportunities.

  • Develop data models, workflows, and process strategies to structure and streamline operations in HubSpot.

  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to ensure seamless handoffs and execution of complex HubSpot builds.

  • Define and document business requirements, system architectures, and technical specifications.

  • Support integration projects, ensuring CRM and technology alignment across platforms.

  • Provide advanced solutions-focused demos and presentations to clients.

  • Identify opportunities to expand project scope, assisting in pre-sales efforts for new and existing customers.

  • Train clients on HubSpot and other integrated systems to promote adoption and long-term success.

  • Stay up to date with the latest features and functionality of the HubSpot platform.

The Ideal Candidate Has

  • At least two years of professional experience using and/or consulting on HubSpot or a similar CRM.

  • Experience in a technical consulting or technical sales role, working with clients to solve business and digital transformation challenges.

  • Strong ability to analyze business processes and recommend technology solutions.

  • Experience integrating systems via APIs or custom-built solutions.

  • Excellent ability to read, understand, and synthesize technical documentation, including API documentation.

  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to drive execution through a globally dispersed team.

  • Strong executive presence, communication skills, and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

  • A team-first attitude with a self-starter mindset and exceptional organizational skills.

  • A passion for solving complex problems and driving digital transformation.

Bonus Points if You Have

  • At least one year of business consulting experience.

  • At least one year of HubSpot agency experience.

  • Experience in business or systems analysis.

  • Familiarity with data modeling, process automation, and system architecture.

Timeline

Applicants who pass the initial screen can expect behavioral and cognitive tests, video screening, and initial interview scheduling within a week of submitting your application. We are hiring for this position for an immediate start but will adjust the timeline for the right candidate.
