Digital Reach is a global HubSpot Diamond Partner agency providing business process automation solutions for nonprofits, SMB, mid-market, and enterprise businesses worldwide. We are seeking an experienced HubSpot Solutions Engineer to problem-solve and innovate on some of the most complex HubSpot builds in the ecosystem.
As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll work closely with Solutions Consultants to provide internal consulting, product recommendations, and solutioning for complex HubSpot use cases. You will act as the primary solution designer, responsible for creating innovative and effective solutions that leverage the HubSpot CRM as a central component for our clients' business processes and goals.
Your key responsibilities will include designing and overseeing the implementation of complex builds, including tasks such as data migrations and system integrations. You’ll consider clients' existing technology stacks, business processes, and desired outcomes to architect scalable and sustainable solutions.
This is primarily an internal-facing position requiring strong collaboration, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with less emphasis on direct client interaction.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Use your blend of technical and business acumen to analyze complex use cases and find elegant, creative solutions to people, business and technology problems
- Lead and drive technical pre-sales conversations around integration and data migration
- Drive solutions for complex client challenges by analyzing needs, designing and implementing tailored HubSpot solutions, and documenting processes clearly
- Lead complex technology configuration projects
- Define, strategize, and implement data models, data flows, and ERDs to meet customer process, automation , and integration needs
- Work with Solutions Consultants to ensure that all complex projects that have been consulted on have specific tasks, deliverables, etc. to be actioned
- Collaborate with Solutions Consultant to run an effective hand-off of the Build Plan
- Produce requirements documentation, business processes schematics, functional specifications, to guide the Implementation team as needed
- Work internally with our sales teams to solve for transactional deal support
- Stay up to date with the latest features and functionality of the HubSpot platform
The Ideal Candidate Has
- At least two years of professional experience with the HubSpot CRM platform, or another similar platform
- Experience in a digital/technical agency/consultancy in a consulting/specialist role working with clients throughout the full project cycle (consulting, solution building, implementation and training)
- Experience integrating systems, either via APIs, or through custom solutions
- Demonstrable ability to translate complex challenges into actionable processes and requirements
- Business and tech savvy and can quickly understand a client’s organizational structure and tech stack
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to drive complex execution and implementation through a globally dispersed team
- Fundamental understanding of client-server relationships and how API works
- A team-first attitude but loves autonomy in their role
- Exceptional organizational skills and a self-starting mindset
- Serious problem solving chops and is adaptable (and embraces) change
- Great comfort explaining complex solutions to non-technical individuals
Bonus Points if You Have
- At least one year of business consulting experience
- Experience integrating systems, leveraging APIs, and/or custom building integrations
- Ability to read, understand and synthesize technical documentation, including API documentation
- Business or systems analysis experience
- Experience in a technical consulting role

Timeline
